Revelation Chapter 15 – “The Angels With The Seven Last Plagues Made Ready”

In this chapter, we see the preparation for the pouring out of God’s final judgements. We witness the outpouring of praise to God of the 144,000 of the redeemed. 

“1Then I saw another portent in heaven, great and amazing: seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is ended.
2And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mixed with fire, and those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands.”

Revelation 14, Part 2

Concentrating on the last part of chapter 14, there is the gathering of the Redeemed and of those who refused to be redeemed. 

“14Then I looked, and there was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like the Son of Man, with a golden crown on his head, and a sharp sickle in his hand! 15Another angel came out of the temple, calling with a loud voice to the one who sat on the cloud, “Use your sickle and reap, for the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is fully ripe.”

The 144,000 saints of God appear again, this time in glory; there is the preaching of the Gospel to the world, and the final harvest of the Redeemed and of those who refused to be redeemed.

In Chapter 13, we see the long-dreaded emergence of the Beast (antichrist), the length of his reign, and his huge following. And, we discover those who will escape his power.

“1And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads; and on its horns were ten diadems, and on its heads were blasphemous names. 2And the beast that I saw was like a leopard, its feet were like a bear’s, and its mouth was like a lion’s mouth. And the dragon gave it his power and his throne and great authority.”

In Revelation chapter 12, we identify three ways that God’s people have overcome the evil one.

“7And war broke out in heaven; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. The dragon and his angels fought back, 8but they were defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven.”

Revelation 10

Revelation Chapter 10 is where we meet the Angel (who may be Christ himself). He has a little scroll to give to John. He also tells John of the great commission that is coming to John!
