Revelation Chapter 11 – “God’s Witnesses are Defined – Parts 2 & 3”

In Chapter 11, we discover the God-directed work of the two witnesses, as Jewish and Gentile Christians, working together to warn the world of what is to come, and to repent.

11But after the three and a half days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and those who saw them were terrified.  12Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here!” And they went up to heaven in a cloud while their enemies watched them.”

Revelation Chapter 11 – “God’s Witnesses are Defined – Part 1”

In Chapter 11, we discover the God-directed work of the two witnesses, as Jewish and Gentile Christians, working together to warn the world of what is to come, and to repent.

“And I will grant my two witnesses authority to prophesy for one thousand two hundred sixty days, wearing sackcloth. These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.”

Revelation Chapter 10 is where we meet the Angel (who may be Christ himself). He has a little scroll to give to John. He also tells John of the great commission that is coming to John!
